- When writing, I first create an outline. Next, I write a thesis statement. I then sit down and write my paper ( if necessary, I do research beforehand). I edit my paper and revise it as needed. Depending on its importance, I may read it aloud to minimize grammar and spelling mistakes.
I agree reading aloud is very helpful. When I worked as an English tutor, I always read students' papers to them. You can often hear a grammar mistake.
ReplyDeleteThis is very nicely written. Just remember for grammar that you only use a comma with a conjunction if what follows is a complete sentence (independent clause).
